She has a glass of water the first thing in the morning followed by a breakfast of idli, dosa or eggs.
Her lunch is also balanced and consist of dal, rice, roti and vegetables. According to her, it is very important to have meals at regular intervals and she always tries to have small bite inbetweens meals to avoid long gaps.
